We are looking for either 2 x 20 hours per week support workers or a 1 x 40 hours per week support worker
Unity Dorset provides support to adults with mental health needs. The role of a support worker is to help individuals to manage their daily lives and achieve their outcomes. You will be meeting individuals from different backgrounds and experiences. No day is the same as you will be working with all of the people we support with their differing needs.
If you would like to join our team you need to be committed, mature minded, open minded, flexible and above all take a person-centred approach. You will require the use of a vehicle with business insurance to enable you to support some people in their own homes.
The role requires you to be able to work any of the days of the week including weekends, any shifts and sleeps in when required.
An hourly rate of £9 per hour, holiday pay, training, qualifications, pension and rewards
