FAQ

Unity Dorset recruits when there is a demand for support. We interview our candidates and enable opportunities for our service users to be involved in the recruitment process. We ensure all candidates are subject to an enhanced DBS check and clear references to ensure the safeguarding of our service users and staff.

No we only provide prompt and support to our service users. We can support individuals with personal care needs where assisted technology can be used or arrange for a domiciliary provider to complete personal care.
